Processing Time

Free Shipping

 

Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

 

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship to Tunisia. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Dracoss is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. For shipments to the U.S., customers may also be subject to applicable customs duties or taxes based on local regulations.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You will also receive updates on the status of your order. If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please get in touch with our customer support team at contact@dracoss.tech.

 

 

Damaged or Lost Items

 

Dracoss is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please get in touch with the carrier to file a claim. Claims must be filed within 31 days of receiving the product. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

If your package is lost during transit, please get in touch with our customer support team at contact@dracoss.tech for assistance. Claims for lost packages should be filed within 31 days of the expected delivery date.
